All flights comply with FAA Part 107; night thermal operations fly under a valid FAA night waiver. Search and rescue flights are flown in support of, and coordinated with, the responsible public safety agency. Game recovery clients are responsible for confirming drone-assisted recovery is permitted under local and state hunting laws.
